Syed Qadri is a CDOIQ – certified, data and analytics leader with over 20 years of experience leading data and analytics across financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and the public sector. Over the course of his career, he has worked globally across North America, Europe, and emerging markets, helping organizations modernize their data and analytics capabilities to support growth, regulatory expectations, and digital transformation. He currently serves as Director of Data Management and Analytics at Western Financial Group, where he is leading the build-out of a modern, cloud-based data platform and strengthening enterprise data governance. Syed has a strong track record of connecting data strategy to tangible business outcomes, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and deeper customer insight.

Alongside his core data leadership, Syed has been closely involved in the evolution of AI within the enterprise. He has led the development of predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities and established practical, scalable approaches to operationalizing AI. More recently, his focus has expanded into Agentic AI, particularly how autonomous, goal-driven agents can enhance data quality, governance, and real-time decision-making. As one of the instructors for the CDOIQ Agentic Data Quality Certification program, he brings a practical, experience-led perspective, helping organizations transition from traditional data quality approaches to more adaptive, intelligent frameworks.
